Detailed Design

At this stage, the emphasis is on timely production and review of all relevant drawings and documents which facilitate construction of the project. We are highly experienced in the preparation of all process deliverables including (but by no means limited to):

Process Commissioning and Troubleshooting

Even the most well designed plant can present problems at the commissioning stage. This can prove costly by, for example, delaying handover of process plant. Based on our invaluable experience in meeting the challenges posed at this stage, we can save time and money by providing support in:

Process commissioning

Troubleshooting of underperforming process plant including:
- preparation of detailed heat and mass balances to identify shortfalls in design
- critical analysis of pilot scale experiments
- detailed negotiations with contractors and suppliers to identify appropriate plant modifications
